Travel Hax LLC Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

1.1 All payments made to Travel Hax LLC ("Company") for the purchase of goods and services are considered final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this agreement or as required by applicable law.

1.2 By making a payment to the Company, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Refunds and Chargebacks

2.1 The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits for payments in accordance with its refund policy, which may be provided separately to the customer.

2.2 In the event of a chargeback initiated by the customer with their payment provider, the Company reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and seek recovery of any disputed funds, as well as any associated fees and costs.

3. Dispute Resolution

3.1 Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with payments made to the Company shall be resolved through negotiation and discussion in good faith between the parties.

3.2 If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and any judgment rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be binding and final. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration.

4. Governing Law

4.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Hax LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of the Company's services or products, or (b) any unauthorized access to or use of the Company's servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Modification of Terms

6.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, by posting the revised terms on its website or providing notice to customers through other means.
